Barry - I have to agree, too. What a great time to be a part of TMC. Everyday we are looking for ways to make working for our company even better. It's a good feeling to get up in the morning and know you are going to work for a company that puts it's employee's needs at the top of the list. You don't see that a lot anymore.

I enjoy hearing about whats going on in different parts of the company, it really makes me feel connected! So please tell us about whats going on in your neck of the woods!!
